Telereal Trillium has recently submitted a planning application for Arlesey East, which captures the extent of development envisaged to the east of the High Street in Arlesey. The proposed masterplan and supporting technical investigations which we have undertaken to support proposals for development are available for viewing on the Council’s planning portal. Central Bedfordshire Council is now undertaking broader pubic consultation on the proposals and would like to hear from you.

Telereal Trillium has submitted a number of planning applications to support the development at Arlesey East. Central Bedfordshire is in the process of undertaking a public consultation on these proposals. There are currently two applications which are being consulted upon:
An outline planning application for the entire development site (CB/ 17/01158/ OUT)
A detailed application on the consented link road connecting the High Street in the west to the A507 in the east covering, in detail, two additional junctions on the new road together with bus lay-bys and pedestrian crossings (CB/17/00492/FULL)
A detailed application in respect of the new cycle bridge over the A507, connecting the development to Etonbury Wood and through to Etonbury Academy will be submitted shortly. This was consented in outline as part of the relief road application that was approved last year (CB/15/02916/REG3)
The formal consultation period runs for only a few weeks.

This is your chance to further contribute on how Arlesey grows over the next decade.
